If the CoughMonitor does not turn on or if it is not charging, please check that charging is working properly by ensuring the magnetic side of the charging cable has made contact with the CoughMonitor’s charge port. If this is confirmed and the watch will still not turn on, then please reach out to support@coughmonitor.com for additional support.
