The participant has forgotten to bring their phone and the CoughMonitor is unable to be unpaired

If the participant has forgotten their phone and you are unable to manually unpair the CoughMonitor from the Companion App, please confirm that data is fully synced by checking if data from the entire monitoring period shows up in the Insights Dashboard. Once you have confirmed that all necessary data is there, you can contact Hyfe's support team at support@coughmonitor.com to force unpairing.
