The CoughMonitor cannot be unpaired from the Companion App

If you are unable to unpair the CoughMonitor from the Companion App, please follow the steps below:

  • Confirm that the phone's Bluetooth is enabled
  • Confirm that the phone has an internet connection
  • Confirm that the phone and CoughMonitor are in close proximity
  • Open the Companion App and confirm that the data is "Synced"
  • Cpnfirm that the "Try Again" button does not show on the home screen of the Companion App
    • If the button is displayed, tap "Try Again" and wait a few minutes until it disappears, then try to unpair the CoughMonitor
