Error message after entering participant ID and/or participant credentials into the Companion App

Please refer to the list below for potential error messages you may encounter after attempting to enter participant ID and/or credentials and their respective troubleshooting steps:

"Invalid ID" after attempting to enter participant ID into the Companion App

  • Open the credentials list provided by Hyfe and re-enter the "Participant ID" in the ID field

"User ID and password does not match" after attempting to enter participant credentials into the Companion App

  • Open the credentials list provided by Hyfe
  • Check the participant ID and associated password and re-enter the ID and password carefully, then tap "Continue"
